The Social Enterprise Center

The South Valley Social Enterprise Center is a public-private partnership that will bring hundreds of construction jobs and more than 60 permanent, living wage jobs to the heart of Albuquerque’s South Valley. Built in a designated Opportunity Zone, the $4.5 million project will house textile/manufacturing, office space, and a community engagement hub.

Developed with the Partnership for Community Action, Southwest Creations Collaborative will be the anchor tenant of the Center which will also include an early learning center, and 2-Generation place-based and national non-profits. This investment will allow the revitalization of a major property on Isleta Boulevard bringing much needed business development and family-centered programs to the South Valley.
