Southwest Creations was honored to stand with other family-friendly businesses on March 1, 2017 as the New Mexico Senate memorialized its support of the New Mexico Family-Friendly Business Award program.
The New Mexico Family Friendly Business Award was formed by the Task Force on Work Life Balance to develop an awards program that would both recognize New Mexico employers and businesses that offer family friendly employee benefits and promote increasing the number of businesses with family centered policies and workforce access to them.

Since we opened our doors in 1994, Southwest Creations has been committed to providing dignified employment while improving access to education for our employees. We offer one-site childcare for $0.25 an hour so our employees are able work and develop their skills while their children are cared for in a nurturing environment. Additionally, all of our employees receive paid School Involvement Leave, which means they don’t have to choose between receiving a paycheck and engaging in their children’s education.
